Makes a 13x9 pan, serves about 12
2 cups flour
2 sticks butter
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Middle Layer:
1 package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 container cool whip
4-5 bananas, sliced
Top Layer:
2 packages pudding (2 vanilla or 2 chocolate)
3 cups milk
remaining Cool Whip
Ingredients
Crust:2 cups flour
2 sticks butter
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Middle Layer:
1 package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 container cool whip
4-5 bananas, sliced
Top Layer:
2 packages pudding (2 vanilla or 2 chocolate)
3 cups milk
remaining Cool Whip
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut together the butter and flour then mix in nuts (save some nuts for sprinkling on top). Press into 9 x 13 pan and bake for 25 minutes. Cool.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/2 container of cool whip. Spread over cooled crust.
- Slice bananas and spread over top.
- Whip pudding with milk and spread on top.
- Spread remaining cool whip on top then sprinkle with reserved mac nuts, chocolate shavings, and of course, sliced banana.
